Tantra can be seen as the yes to life, the attitude and practice allowing life to be what it is, the attitude to life which aims at letting WHAT IS in a particular situation, be what is allowed is welcomed, is lived, but with acute awareness. The yogic tradition is one of controlling your mind and using will power, where you with the utmost awareness are endeavoring to cut away anything in your life, that wastes the time and life-energy you could have spend on spiritual development.

Lesson 8 - Intuitive Use of Music

Music operates within a certain range of frequencies a certain level of consciousness; it has a message.
A piece of music will, by the law of resonance, bring us to its level of consciousness.
If the level the music operates on is above where we are, the music will tend to lift us.
If the music is on the same level as where we are, it will tend to lock us there.
If the music is below where we are, it will tend to drag us down.

Lesson 10 - The Aura & The Chakras

The energy field or aura around humans is mostly perceived as layers upon layers, the most dense is innermost, the physical body, then comes the etheric or pranic, then the astral, mental and spiritual aura-layers.

Lesson 12 - Dreams, Symbols & Colours

The personal and spiritual development process, or in Jung’s terminology, the Individuation, has two stages. The first stage consists of a synthesis of the personality, including the shadow, the emotions, the body and sexuality. The second stage, which is more possible and only safe after stage one has reached some depth, is the development towards higher levels of consciousness.
