We will again visit the unique stillness and closeness to the elements, offered by Elizabeth Island, and allow the privately owned Elisabeth Island, with is pristine nature, peace, and close proximity to the elements and the excellent music equipment present there. to work its magic in cleansing and transforming you. What happens at Erik's workshops is as always guided by the energy present in the group aura at any given moment.

In the breaks and at night there are beautiful walks, places to meditate, well prepared meals, and, the possibility to sleep indoors in one or two bed rooms, or outdoor in tents (depending on your choice ).
