Consciously or subconsciously we often lie to ourselves, and to others. A common example is the everyday question How are you?, and the ritual answer: I'm fine. Our bodies do not lie, though, with a little bit of training it is possible to detect when the body and the words are not telling the same story.

A projection is an illusive, subtle and everywhere-present phenomenon

projection happens every time we do not own our integrity fully, every time we are not truly honest to our own being, regardless if we are conscious of it or not.
Projections in other words, happen all the time!
