We have open meditation every Wednesday night
First Wednesday in each month 8PM sharp - 10PM.
N.B. Notice the 2 hour duration of the meditation
The door opens at 7.45 PM, but is closed between 8.00 – 10.00 PM.
Two hours of uninterrupted meditation, gradually progressing towards moments of genuine meditation. We start with intuitively chosen music, then contemplate the Kalachakra – The Wheel of time - picture-series, and end with silence.
Dates: February 2nd; March 2nd; March 30th; May 4th ; June 1st .
All other Wednesdays 8PM sharp - 9PM.
